32nd annual Swimwear Association of Florida’s SwimShow

Bringing more star power than ever to Miami, the 32nd annual Swimwear Association of Florida’s SwimShow, with the support of the Miami Visitor and Convention Authority, will feature over 500 swimwear designers renowned throughout the industry for their elite talent. The SwimShow, the industry’s most prestigious, largest and longest-running show, starts the buying season for the entire industry; this year’s summer show will include more top swimwear brands and designers from across the globe from July 19-22, 2014.

Top designers Boys + Arrows, Elizabeth Hurley, Jen's Pirate Booty, Heidi Klein, Badgley Mischka, Melissa Odabash and Wildfox are some of the highlights of the upcoming show.

“Incorporating the best designer brands, the largest crowds and the best swimwear fans, the SwimShow continues to grow in prestige and designer participation,” said SwimShow Executive Director, Judy Stein. “We absolutely love hosting this event and appreciate how these designers and brands trust us to put on the best swim show in the world.”

Some of the designer brands that were featured in last summer’s show include  A. Che, Agent Provocateur Sunglasses, Agua Bendita, Agua de Coco, Amanda Wakeley, Ank, Anna Kosturova, Badgley Mischka, Beach Bunny, Betsey Johnson, Caitlin Kelly, Cecilia Prado Mare, Cia Maritima, Cynthia Rowley, DSQUARED2, Eberjey, Gottex, Issa London, Jo De Mer, L*Space by Monica Wise, Lauren Moffatt, Lauren Ralph Lauren, Lenny Niemeyer, Maryan Mehlhorn, Matthew Williamson, Melissa Odabash, Nanette Lepore, OndadeMar, Seafolly, Shoshanna, Suboo,Trina Turk, Vitamin A, Adriana Degreas, BCBGMAXAZRIA and many, many more. SwimShow 2014 also included special appearances by designers Betsey Johnson and Nanette Lepore at the trade show.

“We love to showcase the newest, hottest looks from the best designers in the industry at this one-of-a-kind event, and this year’s show will be more prestigious and prominent than ever,” continued Stein. “As always, we look forward to launching the buying season with a fashionable flourish and four incredible days of celebration.”

More than 8,500 members, buyers, and guests from 60 countries attended the SwimShow 2013, which encompassed 400,000 square feet to meet demand for interest in the best brands, designers and swimwear sensations. Thanks to new designers and ongoing interest in the swimwear industry, this year’s show is expected to be bigger and better than ever. The can’t-miss SwimShow 2015 will take place again at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

SwimShow is the premier resource for buyers from all swimwear categories, and caters to designer boutiques, resort shops, specialty stores, surf shops, department stores, mass merchants and more. This global trade show includes buyers, manufacturers, designers, corporate personnel, press, bloggers, fashion consultants, stylists and other fashion industry leaders. SwimShow features a variety of iconic women’s, men’s and children’s swimwear companies.

This year, SwimShow has again partnered with Miami Beach Convention Authority to offer increased access to the endless possibilities of South Beach with negotiated rates at a range of hotels, complimentary transportation, and an onsite concierge.
